Slimfold ultra hinges lock automatically when the temples are opened. The rigid form offers a comfortable and stable fit.

Slimfold ultra with locking hinge is a unique developement that ensures the frame will not twist on the face while being worn.

1. When the lid is opened by depressing the latch the temple positioned are restored to the original state and the spectacles are ready for removal from the case. To store the spectacles in the case, simply push down the case lid until it latches to close.

Slimfold ultra frame when not being worn should only be stored in the case provided as no other design of case can function. The design and mechanism enables the spectacle frame to fold and collapse into the case very neatly.

The temples of the Slimfold Ultra have been developed incorporating a unique locking hinge mechanism. The hinges lock automatically when the temples are opened. This ensures the frame remains horizontally level without twisting whilst being worn on the face.

4.SPRING NOSEPAD

The stiff nose pads are fixed onto spring toggle wires enabling an adjustable and comfortable fit on the bridge of the nose.

5.ADDJUSTABLE TEMPLE

The length of the temples can be shortened to suit individual face measurements by cutting the metal side core in steps of 4mm. To do this, first remove the screw seated in the plastic temple tips and gently pull off the tips, using a wire cutter. Snip off the desired length and replace the plastic tip aligning the screw hole. Replace the screw and tighten.

                 CAUTION
1. Do not bend the temple tips.
The temples can be shortened by cutting the metal slide core.

2. Be careful not to cut the metal side core too short.
Cut the metal side core step by step to suit individual face measurements.

3. Do not apply screw lock liquid to the temple tips screws.
Screw lock liquid may cause cracks on the temple tips.
