Non U. K. opticians are welcomed to place an order by phone or e-mail or by the web site. But contact by phone or e-mail for your wholesale prices and discounts. Your order will be carried out according to stock availability. If in the exceptional circumstance that we take your order for an item, but run out of stock prior to your order being sent, we will back order for you. We will endeavor to e-mail you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
U. K. opticians are welcomed to settle an account strictly 30 days net. We accept all major credit cards except Amex. Non U. K. opticians can pay by bank draft in Sterling or pay by major credit cards. You have the option of sending your credit card information via phone, fax, Royal Mail or over the internet. We trade in Sterling (GBP). Check with your credit card issuer for their rates and fees for international transactions.

U.K. opticians can pay by cheque or BACS . Call or e-mail to find out the bank details.
  If you order more than 5 frames , we will have to wait the cheque to be cleared.

         SHIPPING AND HANDLING
In U. K. and Ireland we send frames by royal mail guaranteed post. Prices depended on the quantity you order. Single frame is sent by recorded post and more than two frames are sent by registered post. Non U. K. opticians have to pay their postages depending on the country they are.
You are requested to send back any item by guaranteed post for safety.

         REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Within 14 days of purchase any item may be returned for an exchange or refund. We charge only 10% handling charge for refunds and cost of postage for exchanges. But the item must be returned unused in perfect condition without any markings or scratches. Entire original packaging must be returned alongside spare screws, screw driver or any other small parts that form part of the kit. You should tell us by phone or e-mail that you are returning goods before you send them. 24 hrs’ advanced warning is required for returns.

           DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Your order will normally be sent the same day if we receive it before 4p. m.U. K. time Monday to Friday with the exception of English public holidays. Opticians in Highlands of Scotland may find that their deliveries take one extra working day to arrive. Note that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by custom authorities.

         Tax charges
There is no VAT charges applicable at this moment.

         Credit card security
We know of no documented cases of fraud using the shopping system over the internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using industry standard SSL encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. This system is approved by the U. K. High Street banks.

         Guarantee on products we sell
We guarantee your satisfaction.  all our products carry one year guarantee against any manufacturing faults from purchase date. Roller distinctive Eye wear reserves the right to repair or replace the full item or any part of faulty manufacture.
We do a quality check before we send. So any manufacturing fault should be reported within
3 working days of the item you receive.

We will acknowledge receipt of your e-mail within one working day. A senior manager at Roller will personally deal with your complaint and you will be kept informed during all stages of the complaints procedure. Please note that the telephone line is manned from 9a. m. to 6p. m. U. K. time Monday to Friday. Please use e-mail outside these hours to leave a message.

         Privacy Policy
Roller is committed to protecting your privacy we will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully ( in accordance with the U. K. Data Protecting Act 1998)
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to protect and deliver your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you except in connection with your current order or query unless you are subscribed to our mailing list.
We will not supply any of your details to any third party in the future except for the purposes of debt recovery, unless required by law.
The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, phone number, e-mail address , goods ordered and credit/debt card details.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and update.

If you notify us of any inaccuracies we will correct the errors promptly.
